The Town and Parish Council website package includes unlimited email accounts all included as part of the fixed fee. There is no additional charge for extra email accounts.
Email accounts can be set up as POP3/IMAP accounts for downloading to an email client such as Microsoft Outlook.
Email addresses can be any combination of characters before your Domain Name, e.g. tom.smith@yourcouncil.gov.uk or info@yourcouncil.gov.uk.
Emails can also be accessed from any web browser via an included webmail facility. In this mode you just need to remember the password for the email account.
The email package includes other features, like unlimited email forwarding and Out Of Office replies. All email features can be configured by an easy to use control panel.
Some Councils prefer to manage their emails via an existing third-party email provider. This option is compatible with the Town Council website package and is configured by us during development of your website.
We are an authorised registrar for ja.net gov.uk Domain Names. Emails for gov.uk Domain Names can easily be set up by us or yourselves during or after development of your Town Council website.
